We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Customer is responsible for ordering suits by the jacket size. Do not order mens suits by the pant waist size alone.
You are responsible for measuring yourself.
Shipping Info
We ship domestically via UPS. Prepaid with credit card, money order or COD ( Money Order or Cashiers Check ). No Company or Personal Checks.
All COD orders require a deposit of 10% or $ 40.00 ( Whichever is greater) before we ship COD. Any Refused COD shipments will incur additional shipping cost for the return of the package to us and then reshipment to you.
We also ship prepaid Worldwide to APO/ FPO addresses via USPS services.
Return Policy
SPECIAL ORDER items are not returnable (No Exceptions). FOR QUICK SHIP STOCK ITEMS, You must first call us and then get return authorization, (RA#) before returning any item! Return requests must be made within 10 days of our original shipping date. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returns.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returnable Item Instructions: Call us or email us to get RA # _________ from our office.
- Ship back your package immediately. RA‘s are only valid for 7 days and will not be extended. All items must be in the original condition with all tags, bags and hangers.
- Please indicate the reason for the return, and print the RA# number given by our office on the outside of the package in black magic marker, or your shipment will be refused at the dock. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and detailed note.
- You should insure your return shipment for the value of the merchandise; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Exchange Policy
*Exchanges of an item, must be requested within 10 days of our original shipping date.
*Special Order items are not exchangeable! (no exceptions)
All exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip and instruction note included. All exchange items will incur a $ 5.00 exchange fee.
Customer pays all freight.
Instructions: Call us to get an RA# First. Print the RA# number given by our office on the outside of the package in black magic marker, or your shipment will be refused at the dock. You should insure your exchange for the value of the merchandise; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
You will receive instructions on where to send your return package, follow those instructions carefully.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall ModaOmbre be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages arising from delayed delivery.
